Moving over from my old site

Looking forward to some interesting posts on social entrepreneurship. I recently came across this Prof from MIT Esther Duflo who conducts statistical tests to analyze social problems and understand causality. She basically uses the concepts of hypothesis testing in a test and control environment to understand for example what incentivizes people to immunize, what drives them to buy and use mosquito nets and this ties a lot back to the discussion we had about role of corporate world in solving social problems. We could extensively leverage our experience in hypothesis testing to inform public policy. Just a thought!.
